The miracle at our house...

Yesterday I was looking through stacks of CDs in our basement trying to find one that Barry needed to play at a memorial service.

Isn't it funny how just looking at the sleeves on our favorite music from the past can make lots of memories come flooding back? I never did find the one I was looking for, but out of the piles, I pulled several CDs that I wanted to hear again, and this song is on one of them.

Coral
(Our blessing, no longer in disguise...)

Dearest Jeanette, this brought tears to my eyes.

The song is not just words my dear sister, your life and Coral 's backs it..and many families like yours.

My BIL 's sister is like Coral too.

Hugs to you.

To my eyes, too, Amrita. Even right now.

It is something to hold onto in the tough times. Every difficult circumstance is "our blessing in disguise," because it is our promise that if we love God everything works together for our good, our blessing. It is just so hard to see and feel it when we are in the middle.

Thanks for the hugs, and I am sending them right back to you! And blessings to your BIL's family, as well. I wish I could meet them.

Pass the tissue Amrita! Jeanette, we too have a special blessing. Wouldn't trade him for the world. Thanks for sharing.

Dear Mrs. Mac, I am so happy you came to visit and that you left a comment! I guess we have all been using the tissues together! Hugs to you and your special blessing, and I'm going to give mine a hug right now.

dear jeanette...
i just came here at amrita's suggestion and i do not regret i have except it is too early in the morning here in southern ontario ot be crying!
this is such a moving video.
i think that god must of meant for you not to find the cd that you were looking for and put this in your hands instead!
when i heard the words that god makes no mistakes, i thought of a preacher that my husband and i dearly love, and that is david ring.
he has cerebal palsy and he was saved as a young man and he grew up to be a preacher.
one of his favourite expressions is,
"god never says oops!"
what do you think of that jeanette?
god bless you and your little miracle at your house.....love terry[friend to amrita]

hey jeanette...don't you go telling that mrs. mac how many spelling mistakes i made, eh?
it is after all 4:30 in the morning!

Hi Terry! It is so nice to have you visit! Yes, I agree that 4:30 in the morning is too early to be crying! But I get teary-eyed every time I see this, no matter how many times. I guess it is so close to home for me.

My sis and mom live in the Toronto area, so it is especially nice for me to hear from Ontario.

David Ring is amazing and has been a blessing and encouragement to us, too. I like his "God never says oops!"

Thanks so much for visiting, Terry, and I will not tell Mrs. Mac about your spelling :) especially since I didn't notice any of them myself!

A wonderful CD about the many miracles of God.
Indeed; he never says oops.

OK! I have a late start for work today -- glad I haven't done my makeup yet!

I just listened to both the videos on this post and the most recent one -- wonderful songs!

It's a two-way street, dear sis! You are also Coral's blessing!

Wow -- I had to check twice ... felt like I was on Amrita's blog for a moment: Mrs. Mac, Terry, Felisol! It's like opening the door to one home and finding the house filled with a different family! One day Terry and I shall have to get together and she can give me the REAL inside scoop on Amrita! :)

Hi Felisol! I'm so delighted you came to hear this song and left me a comment!

And Carol-Ann, I have to admit that the idea of me being Coral's blessing is almost like a foreign thought to me for some reason. So thanks for the reminder!

(I'm glad there was no makeup to be ruined by my blog! Ha ha!)
