But where in the world was it taken? There were sure no pipe handrails or cement walkways in River Cess!
No, I'm sure it was not in River Cess! At first, I had the caption as "Gord sitting in his wagon," and then I changed it because a) it was so obvious (!), and b) I'm sure it was not his wagon!! I believe this was taken when our family was in Canada the year I was a baby. That means Gord was 4, not 3, so I better go change that. I think Gord was sitting in someone elses lovely wagon! I have some other pictures taken around that time, and this looks similar.
